一、教学内容分析
本文是来自人教版go for it八年级下册unit 3 Could you please clean your room Section B 2b reading.讨论做家务对于孩子的意义。2篇文章分别是正反方观点,一篇认为做家务,为孩子们提供一个舒适的环境是家长的责任。一篇认为孩子做家务是非常重要的,其中说出了做家务的3个意义。通过学习此文让孩子知道如何处理家务,有自己的观点,同时学会如何表达自己的想法,与父母更好的沟通。而且可以掌握略读这个阅读技巧。
二、教学目标
Teaching goals :1.Key words:stress,waste,provide,anyway,depend on,in order to,develop,drop,fairness,since2.Key sentences:①There is no need for them to do it.②It’s the parents’ job to provide a clean and comfortable environment for their children.③It is not enough to just get good grades.④The earlier kids learn to be independent,the better it is for their future.Ability goals:1.Be able to master the reading strategies :skimming and scanning.2.Train Students’ summarizing skill.3.Have your own opinions about doing chores.Moral goals:To be able to make polite requests.Try to understand and help his/her parents.
三、学习者特征分析
八年级是学习英语的关键时期,学生活泼、好奇心、求知欲望强,他们渴望用英语表达。本单元的话题来自学生的生活经历,学生在七年级已经学习了许多动词短语,为今天的表达提供了语言基础,此外,学生已掌握Can you... 提出请求和建议,为本单元的学习做了铺垫。针对我班学生的实际情况,三分之一的学生属于基础知识欠缺,理解能力较差,完全达到预设的本课教学目标稍有难度,针对这种情况,我尝试采用小组合作的方式,借助优生的智慧,启发引领后进生、学困生的学习。对他们采取同步建构,异步达标保底不封顶的教学策略,并在课上尝试给他们个性化的指导和帮助。让学困生有机会成功,在他们原有的基础上进步。给优生一个空间,让他们自主发展,从而达到预期目标。
四、教学策略选择与设计
本节课的教学内容和教学目标及教学重难点的设计以课本为载体,以课标为依据,任务型教学模式,恰当的练习,重难点。学生的知识储备量。以“学生为中心,以能力培养为目标”的教学原则。每个学生的学习积极性、有效地运用形成性评价。
五、教学重点及难点
重点: 学习和复习一些常用的动词短语; 委婉地提出请求、征求许可做某事。 Could you/I please ...?Yes, Sure. I/You can. Sorry, I / you can’t, I / you have to do....; 学习如何请求他人的帮助。 难点:在实际的生活中委婉地表达自己的请求和征求许可,获取帮助。
