A healthy diet and regular exercise may help to prevent obesity among children. Take myself as an example.
一年前，我养成了吃大量垃圾食品和零食的习惯。此外，我花了很多时间在沙发上，看电视，很少做运动。
One year ago, I got into a habit of eating a lot of junk food and snacks. Besides, I spent a lot of time on sofa, watching TV, and did little exercise.
结果，我的体重增加了很多，以至于我发现爬楼梯很困难。
As a result, I put on so much weight that I found it difficult to climb the stairs.
所以我决定改变不健康的生活方式。我不仅开始有一个均衡的饮食，我也积极参加各种体育活动，如游泳，滑冰，跑步和打篮球。
So i decided to change the unhealthy lifestyle. Not only did I begin to have a balanced diet, but I also took an active part in various sports activities such as swimming, skating, running and playing basketball.

消防队员立即赶来，冲向大楼灭火，但风刮得很大，火蔓延得很快。
Firemen came immediately and rushed to the building to put out the fire, but the wind was blowing hard and the fire was spreading quickly.
大火持续了两个多小时，最终被扑灭，结果整个超市被毁，附近的一家银行也被毁。
The fire lasted for more than two hours and it was finally put out, as a result of which the whole supermarket was destroyed and a bank nearby was also damaged.
此外，两名妇女死亡，十多人受伤。直接经济损失合计达100多万元。
Besides, two women died and over ten persons were injured. The direct economic loss added up to more than 1,000,000 yuan.
