Step 7 Reflections.
一、 课堂节奏有些快,应放缓多给学生独立思考的时间。
二、 学生在展示环节中,课堂的把控和应变能力不足,一定程度没能对回答问题的正确与否一一做出判断。
三 、没有很好把握初一学生的心理。应该多设置动手等活动,活跃课堂气氛。
通过对本节课上自己的教学方式和技能的惠顾,再与其它老师的比较,我发现自身技能方面仍有很多不足,在课堂容量的设计和教学重难点的突出,课堂的掌控能力和时间把握能力方面都需要不断的锻炼和提高。 因此,提高自身素质仍是我以后工作的主要方向。
