Write an article according the elements the events.
Teaching Steps
Step I Lead-in
1. Show some pictures about great persons.
Talk about them.
2. Introduce Aron by listening to paragraph 1.
Answer the two questions:
1) Where is he from 2) What is he interested in
3. Guess Aron’s story by the key words.
4. Watch a video.
Students watch the video, then answer the question :What’s the matter with Aron
Step II Reading
Show the reading guide.
Get the students to know how to read a passage.
Task 1 Fast Reading
Read the passage and answer the questions
1. What does Aron do
2. What happen to him when climbing in Utah
3. When did the accident happen
4. How did he free his arm
5. What do you think of Aron
Task 2 Read paragraph 2 and fill in the blanks.
