3.学会如何从什么角度去描述一个人的外貌以及根据图片对比书面和口头表述一个人外貌的变化。
单元重点单元难点1.学生认识到应该从哪几个方面对一个人的外貌进行描述。
2.学生对一个人不同时期的外貌形成书面表达与口头描述的能力。

主要活动设计:
图片呈现对比,对重要词汇有所感知。同时教师用本单元主要句型进行提问,引导学生对外貌进行整体的描述。

S:She is heavy.

  文化意识 heavy与fat:
两者都可以形容人肥胖时用,但heavy比fat语气更加委婉,在西方国家,出于礼貌我们应该用heavy.

知识拓展:
heavy除了表示肥胖以外,也可以形容雨,雪下的大。当形容风大时,则需要用strong.主要活动设计:
2.看美女,引导学生对外貌进行细节描述,可以使用一般疑问句,降低难度,同时引起学生对be/have/wear的关注度。1.She is good-looking.
