教学设计
教材分析:这是第十单元的第一课时,属于听说课。本节课围绕三种特色面条而展开。学生复习已经学过一些关于蔬菜,水果和食物的名词,再学习新的食物名词,学生学习并运用What would you like I’d like …… 由浅入深的操练,再通过做听力来提高学生的听说能力,让学生初步掌握这些单词和句型。
教学目标:根据我对初一学生的认知水平和学习特点的了解,我制定本节课的学习目标如下:
Learning Aims:学习目标
Knowledge Aims: 知识目标
1. Learn and master the words and phrases: would, I’d, noodle, beef, mutton, cabbage, and potato, special.
2. Learn and master the sentence structures:
--What kind of noodles would you like --I’d like…
--What size bowl of noodles would you like --I’d like…Ability Aims:能力目标
1.Can use the sentence structure to make up the dialogues.
2.Improve the students’ listening ability
3.Practice the students’ communication and cooperation
ability.
Teaching Importance and Difficulties: 教学重难点
Importance:
1. Master the words about the food.
2. Master the sentence structures:
--What kind of noodles would you like
--I’d like…noodles.
Difficulties:
How to use the sentence structures in the daily life.
Method Objects in Teaching:教学方法

Teaching Procedures:教学过程
I. Warming up
Guess the riddles 让学生猜noodles,引出本节课主题。播放一个我为儿子做面条的视频,引出I’d like noodles .I’d like to cook noodles.让知识的生成顺其自然,从而导出本节课的主题。
II. Presentation
1. Introduce:I’d like noodles .I’d like to cook noodles.I’d like to open up Juliet’s Noodle House.To open up the noodle house,I have five tasks here.Let’s try to finish them.
Task 1 Knowing the ingredients
In order to make noodles ,we must know some ingredients.Use some pictures to teach new words like this:
A:What kind of vegetables would you like
B:I’d like tomatoes.
A:What kind of meat would you like
B:I’d like some beef.
学生熟读蔬菜和肉类的单词后完成1a。然后使用mind map 对单词进行归纳总结,接着和学生一起玩Bingo game 来巩固单词。
Task 2 Buying ingredients
Let's go to the market to buy some kinds of food.Practice the conversations in pairs like this:
A: What would you like
B: I’d like some beef.
I’d like some noodles.
Task 3 Try specials
通过将面条、肉类和蔬菜组合,形成新的特殊面条.
Practice in pairs like this :
A:What kind of noodles would you like
B1:I'd like beef and tomato noodles
B2:I'd like chicken and cabbage noodles.
B3:I'd like mutton and potato noodles.
在特色面条的基础上,再加上碗的大、中、小的尺寸来操练。
C1:I'd like a small bowl of beef and tomato noodles.
C2: I'd like a medium bowl of beef and tomato noodles.
C3: I'd like a big bowl of beef and tomato noodles.
Task 4 Learning to take order
1)Ss use the Ipads to listen for 1b ,2a,2b check answers.
2)Then read 1b and 2a loudly .
3)Speak Clearly: pay attention to read[p][b] [d] [v]
4)Practice tongue twisters like this:
I’ll Buy a Big Bowl of Beef and tomato noodles.
The people at the table are eating purple vegetables.
The seventh and eleventh dishes have vegetables.
5)Group work:Noodle Challenge:
一个学生做服务员,其他组员当顾客逐一点自己喜欢的面条,让服务员记录下来,再复述给顾客听,加强学生的英语输出能力.Practice in groups like this:
S1:Waiter What kind of noodles would you like
S2: I’d like a bowl of beef noodles, please.
S3: I’d like a bowl of chicken noodles, please.
S4: I’d like a bowl of mutton noodles, please.
S5: I’d like a bowl of beef noodles, please.
Waiter: So you have two bowls of beef noodles,
one bowl of chicken and one bowl of mutton noodles.
S2/S3/S4/S5:Yes!
Task 5 Making your specials
Group work:Making your own healthy specials on the posters in groups. Then share them in front of the class.
收集学生的特色面条,形成Juliet’s Noodle House 特色菜谱。迎大家光临面店。
