Step 1. Revision and warming-up
1.Invite Ss to enjoy a video and ask them to finish the task.
Check their answers.
2.Get Ss to talk about their own ways to relax.
Show some pictures and phrases on the screen to let them get familiar with the phrases.

Let Ss rank the eight activities.
And then get them to talk about it in pairs.
Step 3 Pre-listening
Lead Ss to look through the problems, then ask them to guess what happens to Wei Ming.
Step 4 While-listening

Read the instruction.
Play the recording and get Ss to finish the task.
Check their answers.
2.Task 2. 1d
Read the instruction.
Get Ss to finish 1d and check their answers.
3.Task 3. Repeat
Ask Ss to repeat the material sentence by sentence.
Step 5 Post-listening
Ask Ss what their advice is for Wei Ming.
Let them read the sample conversation first.
Ask them to practice in pairs.
Invite some pairs to show their conversations in class.
Step 6 Games
Tell Ss if they have any pressure, maybe they should learn to relax themselves.
Introduce two kinds of relaxing ways.
1.Show Ss how to rub shoulders and beat backs first.
Then get Ss to stand up and do the Rub & Beat activities.
Last ask Ss to turn back and do it again.
2.Teach Ss how to relax by imagination.
Show a picture of scenery on the screen first.
Ask Ss to imagine they are outdoor and they are in a beautiful and quiet place.
Play the music. Ask Ss to close their eyes and breathe deeply.
Let Ss relax themselves.
