教学设计
1、课标要求及分析
要求:新课标对八年级“阅读”的要求是:能连贯、流畅地朗读课文。从简单的文章中找出有关信息,理解大意。
分析:本节课的新单词比较多,拼读起来有一定难度,所以能连贯、流畅地朗读课文是阅读第一课时的一大重点。同时根据书中3a、3b的问题要求,从文章中找出相关信息、理解大意也是本节课一重点教学内容
2、教材分析
本课选自人教版新目标英语,八年级下册第六单元。话题为孙悟空,学生比较感兴趣。文章介绍了孙悟空的主要特点和深受人们喜爱。3a要求学生阅读文章回答三个问题,3b是让学生再读文章,填一个表格,对比孙悟空能做和不能做的事。
3、学情分析
优势:因为本节课讲授内容是学生比较喜爱的话题,学生学习起来积极性会很高。
劣势:本节课课文中unless/so...that/as soon as这三个连词的使用,学生理解起来会存在困难。
4、教学重难点
重点:掌握文章中的新单词、短语和句型。
难点:根据提示,能复述课文。
5、教学目标
知识目标:能正确使用生词 hide,tail,western,weak,短语turn into, become interested in doing等。
能力目标:能够正确运用连词unless/so…that…复述短文
情感目标:学习积极帮助弱者,永不言弃的精神。
6、教学流程
Step 1 Lead in
呈现一本西游记的书,设计问题“Do you know this book ”,Children in America,Western children also like this book. It is called Journey to the West.
设计意图:引出话题,学习生词traditional、called、western.
