3. People should dress correctly. 人们应该穿着得体。
dress v.穿衣。常见的短语有：dress (sb.) in+衣物或颜色；dress oneself 给某人自己穿衣。

wear穿戴衣服、鞋帽、眼镜、首饰等，强调穿戴的状态，可用于进行时；put on强调穿戴的动作；
