must还可以表示“必须”。

can’t be常表示否定的推测，意为“不可能……”。
e.g. That bike over there can’t be Lily’s. Hers is new.
那边的自行车不可能是莉莉的。她的是新的。
2. What do you think of it 你认为它（英语）怎么样？
“What do you think of... ”意思是“你认为……怎么样 ”，表示主语对某人或者某事的看法。也可以表达为“How do you like... ”。
e.g. —What do you think of the film 你认为这部电影怎么样？
—It’s interesting. 它很有趣。
“How do you like... ” 还有询问对某事物喜欢的程度之意。
e.g. —How do you like soccer 你有多喜欢足球？
—Very much. 非常喜欢。
3. Oh, it’s time for class. 噢，到上课的时间了。
“It’s time for sth.”意为“该到做某事的时候了”。
e.g. Come on! It’s time for school. 来吧!到该上学的时间了。
表示“该到做某事的时候了”，还可以用“It’s time to do sth.”。
e.g. It’s time to go home now. 到该回家的时间了。
“It’s time for sb. to do sth.”意为“该到某人做某事的时候了” 。
e.g. It’s time for us to have an English class now.

(2) in the class意为“在这堂课上；在班级里”;
in class意为“在课上；上课中”。
e.g. Don’t eat in the class. 不要在班里吃东西。
We speak Chinese in class. 我们在课上讲汉语。

(2) best用作副词，like...best意为“最喜欢……”。
e.g. I like math best.
=My favorite subject is math. 我最喜欢的科目是数学。
