model planes 模型飞机，是由名词 model 修饰名词 plane，变复数时只把核心单词 plane 变成复数 planes。
即∶一个名词作另一个名词的定语 一般用单数，变复数时，只需要把后面一个名词变成复数即可。
如∶ an office worker 一名办公室职员，
two office workers 两名办公室职员
an apple tree 一棵苹果树，three apple trees 三棵苹果树
a boy student 一位男生，many boy students 许多男学生

【注】woman/man 修饰另一名词时，变复数时，
两个名词同时变成复数。
如∶a woman doctor 一位女医生，

【注 1】 因为 many后面要跟复数名词，所以无论肯定句的
be词是单数或复数，变成特殊疑问句后，be 动词都
用are，而且名词也要用复数形式。
【注2】这种对数量提问的特殊疑问句中的 there 不能省略。

对不可数名词的量提问，一般用how much。

— Only a little. 只有一点点。
如：There is some/much water in the glass.（对画线部分提问）
