Zhou Weilun: I think you can go anytime. You know, Kunming is the Spring City. The weather there is always fine all year round.

should 表示应该，语气不如 must 强硬
shouldn’t 不应该 mustn’t，不准，禁止

这个 ’d 是 had 的缩写，had better 相当于一个情态动词，用法自然就和
can , may, must 一样了，否定式加在 better 后面，千万不要放在
had 后面，这个是经常考的地方。

sound 此处作连系动词，意为“听起来”，常接形容词作表语。

【拓展】sound 也可作名词，意为“声音”

(1) 表示感觉和知觉的系动词也可称为感官动词，look (看起来),
smell (闻起来), sound (听起来), taste (尝起来), feel (感觉/摸起来)。
(2) 感官动词属于系动词，后接形容词作表语，构成系表结构，说明主语所处的状态。
例如：He looks tired. 他看起来累了。
These flowers smell sweet. 这些花闻起来香。

(1) a pair of 意为“一双，一副”，
a pair of shoes/glasses/shorts/pants
一双鞋/一副眼镜/一条短裤/一条长裤。
作主语时，谓语动词用第三人称单数。

(2) and so on 意为“等”，放在句末。
不要忘记带一些钱和地图等。
