2、运用句型“Do you like…?”来询问他人喜爱的食物,并用Yes/No来回答。
3、让学生体验中西不同的饮食结构及文化,提高学习兴趣。

Step1:Greetings.
T:Good morning,boys and girls.
Ss:Good morning,Teacher.
T:How are you,everyone?
Ss:I’m fine,thanks. How are you?
T:I’m OK. Thank you.
(课前问候,能拉近我与学生的距离)
Step2:Warming up.
Let students revise the chant together:
Apple and orange
Are very,very nice,
Mmm,mmm,mmm!
Very,very nice.
Ginger and spice.
Are not very nice.
No,no,no!
Not very nice!
(说唱创设英语学习的氛围,调动了学生学习的积极性,同时也发展了语言智能,为导入新课做了铺垫。)
Step3:Presentation(I).
1、T:Apple and orange are very,very nice. Do you like apples and oranges?
This morning I didn’t have breakfast. So now I’m very hungry. But I’ll tell you a secret:I’ve brought some delicious food in my bag. Do you want to know
2、Take out an orange from the bag,and ask:
—What’s this
—It’s an orange.(Teach“orange”↑↓)训练学生的语音、语调
—What color is it
—It’s orange.(Here“orange”has two meanings.)
3、Follow the same procedure with banana,hamburger,French fries,tomato,salad,ice cream,broccoli,strawberry.
(通过实物进行直观教学,能激发学生的学习兴趣。)
4、Read the words,and ask Ss to repeat.
5、Ask one student read,others try to repeat.
(“学当小老师”这一活动可激发学生的学习热情,充分体现学生的主体地位和教师的主导地位。)
6、Make Ss read the words together.
Step4:Presentation(II)
1、Hold up a banana;and ask:
—What’s this?
—Do you like bananas
Explain the meaning of“like”. Tell them that when they want to ask for if somebody likes something,They can use the structure:“Do you like…?”if they like,they can say“Yes,I do.”But if they don’t like,they can say“No,I don’t.”
2、Ask several students,Let them try to answer.
3、Read the whole questions. Have Ss repeat.
4、Chain practice:Ask one student“Do you like ice cream?”Have him answer,Then let him ask another student.
(利用互动的教学方法,通过师生互动,生生互动,加强师生、生生间的交流与合作。)
5、Give Ss 2 minutes to ask and answer in pairs.
6、Have several pairs act in the front.
(通过两人练习,培养了学生与他人的合作精神。同时,培养了学生用英语交流的能力、表演能力和学习的主动性。)
Step5:Words game.
1、Make Ss look at the words again,and analyze the writing of each letter.
2、Give Ss 3 minutes to remember the words.
3、T:Now Let’s play a game. Its name is“击鼓传花”.Then I knock at the eraser. Ask Ss to pass the flower one by one. When I stop,the student who gets the flower must spell a word. If he is right,he can get one food.
(通过游戏进一步巩固练习新知,增强学习兴趣,将整个课堂气氛推向高潮。)
Step6:Listening.
1、Turn to page 31. Look at 1b,play the tape. Let student listen and number the conversations 1-3.
2、Check the answers.
3、Let boys read A. girls read B. Then change it over.
(听力练习能使学生精力高度集中,同时巩固所学的句型。)
Step7:Summary.
Make Ss look at the Bb. Pay attention to the words. Say that in Chinese.“①词尾有变化的是可数名词,没有发生变化的是不可数名词。②而在可数名词中,有的词尾加-s,有的加-es,还有的变y为i再加-es,所以在以后的学习中,我们要不断地总结复数变化的规律。”
(通过让学生自己总结规律,能调动学生的学习积极性。)
Step8:Expand.
T:From this text,we can see that in western countries. They usually eat hamburgers,salad,French fries and so on. But in china,what do we eat everyday?Then let Ss look at the computer. Show the pictures:rice,noodles,steamed bread,dumplings.
(让学生体验中西方不同的饮食结构及文化,能提高学生的学习兴趣。)
Step9:Homework.
Activity:在家里,自己做一道父母爱吃的菜,首先购买好所需物品,然后将这道菜所需的物品名称用英语写下来,并主动和同学们交流。
(通过学生的实践活动,能进一步巩固所学知识,鼓励学生在职真实生活情境中使用所学语言进行交流,提高运用英语的能力。)
