Step1:Lead-in
According to introduce my name and hobby ,and let students introduce themselves .then lead-in Tom like telling stories and today Tom will tell a funny story to us.
Step2:presentation
1.Ask students a question :”What’s the name of the story ”by looking at the picture.
2.Present the name of the story “The emperor’s new clothes”
3.Learn new clothes :emperor,cheat,gold,silk one by one by some pictures
4.Try to remember the words.
Step3.Enjoy listening
Work on 1b
1.Let students look through pictures in 1b.
2.Then play the record and students number the pictures.
3.Ask one student to show the answer to the class.
