Warming-up
Sample:
My favourite movie is Under the Hawthorn Tree (《山楂树之恋》). The movie is a sad story about two lovers who couldn’t be together. The characters are Jingqiu and Laosan. The story happened in the countryside in the 1970s. They fell in love with each other in that special time, but later something happened, making it a sad story.

Beauty’s father is trapped in a castle by an abnormal creature. Beauty offers to replace him. Then she finds the Beast is a handsome prince.
Although it is in black and write, the striking use of light makes it seem at times like a moving painting.
Although it has neither cute characters nor wonderful songs in this version, it speaks to people of all ages. I recommend it to the whole family.
