一、教材分析:
位置和内容:这是新目标英语<>八年级下册第七单元第一课时。学会谈论数字的表达、熟悉对于自然之最的表达是本单元的语言目标。如何用数字进行准确表达以及对于自然景观的准确描述本节课的重点内容。
二、学情分析:
学生在七年级就学过比较级和最高级的用法,并掌握了如何使用简单的数字进行英文表达，这将有利于他们学习本节课的内容。
三、教学目标:
1、知识目标:要求学生掌握简单数字的英文表达，并学会用最高级来表达自然界的景观。
2、能力目标:能在交际过程中教流利的运用所学结构和句型，提高抓取和记录关键信息的听力技能。
3、情感目标:让学生爱上大自然,鼓励他们在课堂上进行合作交流。
4、学习策略目标:设法使学生掌握使用英语进行交流，积极参与班级活动。

Tim likes… 9.我给总理当导游.If you are a guide of premier Wen Jiabao, who wants to know more about the Qomolangma,the Nile,the Caspian Sea,the Sahara…Can you say something for him Step5 Reflection 通过问候，师生进行初步的情感交 流，营造氛围。通过询问学生最喜欢的科目是什么来引出老师最喜欢的科目是地理这一环节，渗透于本节课的内容。由于在陌生的环境教学，头脑风暴法迅速使学生的注意力集中到课堂中。通过猜价格的方式引入本节课的数字教学，同时为了调动学生的积极性，教师有意对比进行数字的学习，如，旧手机的价格，自行车的价格等。本环节旨在培养学生的英语表达能力，使学生敢于开口说英语。再次调动学生的积极性。通过问答使学生敢于表现自己，大胆说出自己的答案和所知，教师应积极鼓励。通过互动学习，使学生能够完成对话， 使学生进行替换学习，把听和说发挥到极致。通过我是小老师环节，师生角色进行转换，让学生当老师，换一种角色，别有一番滋味在心头。通过学生的抢答，那学生的注意力从世界转回到中国，让学生了解自己国家的文化，同时能够唤起他们保护环境的意识，比如保护青海湖。创设情境使学生敢于尝试当记者，用英语询问和表达自己的观点。通过我给总理当导游这一环节调动学生的兴趣，使学生热衷给总理当导游，以此复习和回顾本节课的重点。
