Teacher：Do you know yard sale？A yard sale is also called a garage sale，it is a sale where people sell miscellaneous household items that they no longer want from a table outside their house or garage.It is a private sale and it helps to exploit the last profit out of your unwanted or old stuff.
Today we will hear a conversation about yard sale.Let's learn together.

1 Teach the new words by playing the pictures and teach students how to pronounce them.

I_have_had_this_book_for_three_weeks.
现在完成时态还表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态，一直持续到现在，也许还将继续下去，可以和表示从过去某一时刻延续到现在的一段时间的状语连用，即：for ＋时间段；since＋时间点/从句；in(during) the last(past) ten years等，谓语只可用延续性动词．
2．我借这本书两个星期了。
①I have kept the book for two weeks.
②I have kept the book since two weeks ago.
现在完成时中 for 与 since的区别：
for ＋ 段时间，常与延续性动词的现在完成时连用
since有四种用法：
①since＋时间点　eg：since last night
②since＋时间段＋ago　eg：since two years ago
③since ＋从句(用一般过去时态)　eg：since they came to China
④ It's (has been) ＋一段时间＋since 从句. It is (has been ) five years since she moved to New York.
