教学内容 The unit talks about Do It Yourself. This lesson lets students think about how to write a diary of DIY.
教学对象 The students of Grade Eight seldom contact with the writing using the notices to collect the information and give the guidance of a student in the writing ability. So at the beginning, I ask students to go through the information about the plan for a trip and try to describe the details in their own words. When reading the model passage, focus on finding out what each part is about and seize the key words in the sentence and the topic sentence in paragraphs.
教学目标 Ask students to read Suzy’s diary, and take notice of the information you need. 重点Teach them to have a clear structure of writing and organize ideas 难点Learn how to write a diary including how to divide the paragraphs and combine the sentences.
