最大的有齿鲸。雄性最大体长达23米，雌性17米，体重可达50吨。体呈圆锥形，头部约占体长的l/3，呈圆桶形，上颌齐钝，远远超过下颌。抹香鲸可潜到2200米的深海，故它是哺乳动物潜水冠军。抹香鲸常和30吨重的大王乌贼打得不可开交。抹香鲸遍布全球各大洋，主要活动在热带和温带海域，通常在南北纬40度之间。我国海域均有分布，它们常以5—20头结群游荡，以雄多雌少组成群体，一般游速每小时2．5—3海里，受惊时可达7一12海里。抹香鲸是胎生、哺乳。怀孕期16个月，哺乳期一年。虎鲸
雄鲸体长9.4～9.7m，雌性8.2～8.5m，最大体重7—8t。体呈纺锤形。头圆。无喙。侧面观口裂长为体长的1/12～1/11。背黑，腹白，界线分明。眼的后上方有卵形白斑，远看象个大眼。背鳍后有鞍形淡色斑，颏白色，鳍肢黑色。腹部后半部有一向背侧并向后弯的白色突出部。背鳍高大，成体雄性可达1.8m，状如倒置的矛，因以得名逆戟鲸。鳍肢圆形，其长约占体长的1/9，老年雄兽占1/5。尾鳍宽厚。齿强大，长10～13cm．直径2.6cm，横切面长圆形，齿式10～12/10～12=40～48。性凶猛，且残暴贪吃，以吃鱼最多，也吃海豚、海豹、海狗、海象等海兽，还成群的袭击大型须鲸。不成大群，常2～3头一起游弋，最多不超过40～50头。游速很快，可达30km，我国各海都有，黄海北部以海洋岛附近为多。 Sperm Whale 抹香鲸Killer Whale 虎鲸我们要保护动物！小结：
