二、预习指南:代词another的用法
1. another作代词时,意为“另一个”;作形容词时,意为“别的;另一的”。它与other是同义词。二者的区别如下:
(1)another通常指三个或三个以上不确定数目中的“另一个;再一个”,一般后面跟名词单数;后跟名词复数时,表示不确定数目中的“另一类”。
(2)other指两者中的“另一个”,数目只有两个,一般后跟名词单数;后跟名词复数时,表示两者中的“另一类”。
