1.概念：表示过去某个时间或某一段时间内发生的动作或存在的状态。
2.标志性时间词：yesterday, last night/ week/year, two days/ weeks/years ago
3.动词的过去式的变化规则：
1)直接在动词末尾加-ed：talk--- , play--- , visit---
2)结尾是e的动词直接加-d：live---
3)末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节，先双写这个辅音字母，再加-ed：stop---
4)结尾是“辅音字母+y”，把“y”改为“i”加-ed：worry--- , study---
5)不规则变化：do--- , is--- , are--- , have--- , buy--- , eat--- , come----
