注意事项：
符合英文信件的基本格式
基本时态多用一般现在时和一般将来时
多用第一、二人称
写出写信的原因，建议的内容，提出建议的理由，提出的理由要合情合理，语气要礼貌。建议信要简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。
建议的角度要多样化
建议信结构
开头：para.1：说明写信背景（困难、问题）及写信目的
主体：para.2：提出具体建议，并说明理由(作用)
结尾：para.3：希望建议被采纳，并提出祝愿或者盼望回复
