What's your idea about success Some people say that beginners have all the luck, while

There was a new ride (供乘骑的游乐设施), the Cyclone, at Roaring Falls Water Park.
Donnie O’ Bannon knew exactly (确切地)how he wanted to spend his birthday. He wanted to go

A group of foreign guests had a four-day tour of Beijing to explore the achievements under
the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). The tour started at the Expo 2019, in northern Yanqing District,
Beijing on August 20.
The Expo 2019 opened to the public on April 29 and it will close on October 7. It is one of
the highest-ranking and largest international expositions held in China to show the country’s
ecological construction (生态建设).
The guests visited a small courtyard at the Expo. It shows Yanqing’s environmental changes
over the past 70 years. The guests were surprised at Yanqing’s achievements in ecological
construction.

Before the 1990s, Yanqing had problems such as deserted land, terrible environment and
sandstorms. These were great danger to people there. With the hard work of the government and
the local people for almost 70 years, the desert in Yanqing has been repelled (被击退). The forest
area has increased from less than 7% to more than 60%.
Yanqing tried its best to develop in three key fields: modem horticulture (园艺学),tourism
and ice-and-snow sports.
“It’s amazing to see the changes in Yanqing District. I can’t imagine what made the people
there plant trees for so many years,” one of the tourists said.

Have you ever met such a thing You may be walking in a park on a rainy day when a small
frog(青蛙) falls on your head. Then another comes down and another and another all round you. It
is raining frogs!! Can this be true Yes, it can! One Roman man wrote about frogs raining from the
sky almost 2,000 years ago.
