IV. 教学过程
Step 1 Lead in（导入）
Tell students we should do these things to protect the environment.
Don’t use paper napkins.
Stop riding in cars.
Turn off the lights when you leave a room;
Recycle old newspapers.
Step 2 Show the studying aims（展示学习目标）
Step3自学质疑
Task1: Learn new words and phrases
完成练习一，对所学词汇及短语进行巩固
Task2: Guess—2a
Show some pictures to students and get them to guess what these things are made from.
Task-3 Fast reading
快速阅读课文，理解文章大意，完成以下连线题。
Step 4 Groupwork（小组合作学习）
学生再次阅读文章，小组完成2b，并在文中画出相关的句子。
Step 5点拨释疑、拓展延伸
学生小组交流答案，如有疑问教师解答。然后随机教育学生保护环境可做一些小事，如：废物利用，环保漫画等。（学生可展示自己对环保所做的贡献）
