预习准备 ★考点一 agree的用法 我还是不同意你的看法。 I still don’t agree with you. agree意为“同意”,表示同意某人或某人的意见(即持同一观点)时,可用agree with sb. 这一短语还可表示“(食物、天气、工作等)对某人适宜”。 如:The food does not agree with me. 这食物对我不适合。 ★考点二 unless的用法。 除非他藏起尾巴,否则他就不能就成人形。 Unless he can hide his tail, he can’t turn himself into a person. = if he can not hide his tail, he can’t turn himself into a person. unless的意思为“除非;如果不……”,相当于if… not…引导条件状语从句。 ★考点三 make的用法 1.她没有时间去为晚会做礼服。She had no time to make dresses for the party. 2.他可以使棍子变得这么小。 He can make the stick so small. make在第 1 句中,意为“做;制作”。在第 2 句中,作使役动词,表示“使;让”。“make +宾语+形容词”表示“使……成为……”。
