10. used to do sth. 意思是“过去常常做某事”,表示过去经常做或一直做而现在不做,它只用于过去时态
used to的肯定句结构:主语+used to+动词原形……
例句:I used to go to the cinema, but I never have time now. 我过去经常去看电影,但现在没有时间了。
used to 的否定句结构
A) 主语+did not use to+动词原形…
used当做实义动词来看,所以变否定句要用助动词did;
B) 主语+used not to+动词原形…
把used当做情态动词,变否定句直接在used后面加not即可,used not可以缩写 usedn’t或usen’t。
美式英语通常用A形式,英式英语常用B形式。
例如:You didn’t use to drink. 你过去不喝酒。
The shop usedn’t to open on Sundays. 过去这家商店星期天不营业。

A) Did+主语+use to+动词原形…?
B) Used+主语+to+动词原形…?
美式英语通常用A形式,英式英语用B形式。
例句:Did you use to go swimming in the river when you were young 你小时候经常在河里游泳吗?
Used he go to school by bike 他过去骑车上学吗?
used to用于省略句时,肯定式保留to,否定式不保留to。
例如:
— Used you play basketball 你过去常打篮球吗?

2. 现在进行时
(1)用法:表示现在或现阶段正在进行或发生的动作。

(1)用法:表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或存在的状态。

宾语从句即在复合句中充当宾语的句子。
例句:①We know Li Na. ②We know that Li Na plays tennis very well.
①句是一个简单句,句子结构是: 主语+谓语动词+宾语
②句中的that Li Na plays tennis very well句法作用相当于①句中的Li Na,在句中充当宾语,that是引导词,Li Na plays tennis very well就是宾语从句

宾语从句时态
①主句是现在的时态,从句的时态可根据实际情况而定。
例如:
I hear that she has written three letters to the headmaster.
Mr Green says that the snow was very heavy last month.
②主句是过去的某种时态,从句一定要用过去的某种时态。
如:
We didn’t know why she had missed the flight.
He told me that he was watching a cartoon film at 10 o’clock this morning.
注意:如果宾语从句表述的是客观真理、自然现象等时,不管主句是什么时态,
从句都要用一般现在时。如:
He said that light travels much faster than sound.
