It’s time to … 表示“是做……的时间了”。如:
It’s time to begin.
是开始的时候了。

[辨析] It's time to …和It's time for …
二者其实是一个句型,只不过后面要跟不同的东西。
It’s time to跟的是不定式(to do)。 也就是说,要跟一个动词,意思是“到做某事的时候了”。如:
It's time to go home.
It's time to tell him the truth.
It’s time for 跟的是名词或动名词。如:
It's time for breakfast.
It's time for having a breakfast.
2. … and fight bad people.
fight意为“与……战斗,与…打仗,与…斗争”,既可用作不及物动词,也可用作及物动词。用作及物动词时,接名词、代词作宾语; 用作不及物动词时, 常与 against , back, for, off, out等词连用。如:
The boxer has fought many opponents.
该拳手已与许多对手交锋。
He was always fighting with his neighbors about the noise.
他常常为了噪音和邻居们打架。
As a child she fought with her younger sister.
小时候她跟妹妹打过架。
I fight for my children.
我为我的孩子们而战斗。
fight还可以是名词,表示某种动作,即“打架”“吵架”,也可指“战斗”“斗争”,是可数名词。如:
