①Ask the students to think of a festival and fill in the chart in 3a in English.
②Encourage them to ask questions if they need help.
2．Finish the task in 3b
①Read the instructions. Help the students to understand how to write the letter.
②Show the expressions on the board. Read and learn to use these expressions or sentence patterns to finish the letter.
③Students write the letter in their seats. Remind them to use the expressions.
④Check their work with the whole class.
