—I'm afraid so.恐怕是这样的。
这是助动词引导的一般疑问句,用来询问某人是否得了什么病的句型,可以用Yes或No,或用比较委婉的I’m afraid so.(恐怕是这样的。或I think so.(我认为是这样的。)等回答。
句型结构: 助动词(Do/Does)+ 主语 + 谓语动词 + 其他
e.g. —Does my brother have a fever

Don't worry. 别担心。
“Don't worry.”是一个很常用的表达形式,常用于以下几种情境:
(1)用于安慰对方,意为“别担心;别急”
e.g. Don't worry. I’m here.
(2)用于告诉对方不必担心某人/某事,意为“不必担心”
e.g. Don't worry about her. She will get well soon.
(3)用于回答道歉或类似于道歉的句子,意为“没关系;别放在心上”
e.g. —I’m sorry for forgetting to bring the key.

这是实义动词原形引导的祈使句。用来表示请求、命令、劝告、建议等的句子叫作祈使句。在祈使句中,由于说话的双方都知道谈话的具体情景,所以常省略主语。

【拓展】祈使句有肯定式和否定式两种形式:
(1)肯定的祈使句
①动词原形+其他
e.g. Stand up, please./ Sit down,please.
② Be动词+名词/形容词
e.g. Be a good boy! /Be careful! 小心!
③Let +宾语+动词原形+其他
e.g. Let me help you.

(2) 否定的祈使
①Don’t+动词原形
e.g. Don't be careless.
② Let型的否定式有两种:“Don’t+let+宾语+动词原形+其他”和“Let+宾语+not+动词原形+其他”。

③ no开头,用来表示禁止性的祈使句
e.g. No smoking!
