The word “puberty” describes the physical changes during this period whereas the word “adolescence” basically refers to the mental transition from childhood to adulthood.Give students some questions to see if they have similar problems. Watch a video and learn about what puberty is.Read some questions to see if having similar problems. To arouse the interest and lead them to get into the topic of this lesson.
