Today in China, we are beginning to see more and more health problems because of poor diet and little exercise. It's high time that something was done. Parents must remember that their children need to eat plenty of healthy food.
  What's healthy food It doesn't include snacks, as they are high in salt or sugar. Fast food is also unhealthy. If people want to watch their health, they should go on a green diet. This means that they should eat much more vegetables than meat or sugar products. In their everyday life, they should remember what they should eat or shouldn't eat so that they can't put on weight. It is much easier to put on weight than trying to get rid of it. Sleeping and rest are also important for having a healthy lifestyle. These allow your body to readjust and gain energy for the next day.
  In addition to food and rest, a regimen (养生法) of proper sports must be added in order to strengthen the body and lose weight. Stronger exercise like aerobics (有氧运动)should be done if they are your goals.
  If you want to gain muscle, then lasting exercise should be done.
