A youth hostel is a type of accommodation that allows you to travel better, cheaper, and for longer, all while meeting new people. With the option of staying in shared dorms or a private room, you can spend or save as much as you want, and there’s always a communal kitchen共有的厨房 where you can prepare your own meals, as well as common hangout areas常见的聚会地点.

Pingyao is a small town in central Shanxi Province whose history goes back 2700 years. Named one of the Four Most-preserved Ancient Cities in China, it was also a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site which was listed with Shuanglin Temple, Zhenguo Temple in 1997.

to say though, it wasn’t as big as I had expected. But it was still interesting to learn about what banks were like almost 200 years ago.
Oh, well, what about the Ming-Qing Street -that’s pretty big. Some of the snacks there are amazing!
Oh, that place, yes. But I had no idea there would be so many tourists! So I decided to
leave and ride out to Shuanglin Temple.
Oh, cool, that’s one of my favourite places! It’s so peaceful out there.
