Step 1.Lead in
T: In last class, we’ve learned a poem named “I remember”. The writer looked back at the wonderful memories during the past three years. I was moved by him. Today I am a little sad. Why Because you are graduating very soon . But I know your future is interesting and exciting. So today I want to know what you would like to be in the future.
Listen to an English song and you need to write down some key words about jobs. (play the video)
OK. Now I want to know what you would like to do in the future.

S: I would like to be a teacher...
T: Would you like to get a business degree and become a manager

What is a speech A speech by Steve Jobs.
Advice on how to give a speech.

Activity 3: Write a graduation speech. The questions in 1e may add more information to the speech.

Step 6 Showing time
Ask several students to share their speech with the class.
