Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 导入
老师展示一些交通方式的图片并问学生：How do you usually travel
鼓励学生用上以下的句型来回答问题
Traveling by plane is the fastest way, but also the most expensive way.
两人一组通过对话的方式完成句型的操练。
Step 2 读前热身
让学生听课文录音，按照从最贵到最便宜的顺序给四种交通方式排序。
Step 3 快速阅读
Read “Question” part and answer:
What questions does he have about this travel
How long does the journey take ？
What is the best way to travel
通过这个步骤，学生已经能够预测得出文章的第二大部分的主要内容是什么。
Step 4 精读课文，寻找细节。（本步骤主要采取任务教学法，通过给学生布置阅读任务，主要采取选择题、填空题、判断题的练习形式帮助学生更好的掌握文章。）

Step 7 小组讨论，四个同学为一组
假设一个场景：如果你有机会从伦敦去巴黎旅游，你会选择哪种交通方式？为什么？
鼓励学生用课文里面的句子来进行讨论，并给他们提供一个模板

讨论完之后，鼓励学生将讨论的结果写成一篇作文。
Step 7 写作
让学生根据上一个环节讨论出的结果来进行写作，老师给一个模板，如下：
A sample
You can go from London to Paris by coach, plane or train. Travelling by plane is the fastest but also the most expensive way to get there. It’s also less interesting than by coach or by train. The coach is cheaper than the train and the plane, but it’s also slower and uncomfortable. The train is the second most expensive and second fastest way to travel. Travelling by train is the most interesting way because you can look out of the window at the countryside.
