教材分析 本模块以“Animals in danger”为话题,以学习动词不定式的用法为主线,介绍了当前濒临灭绝,需要人类保护的动物的情况, 并重点介绍了大熊猫的保护情况。在此基础上,学生可以根据自己的建议制定更合理的动物保护措施。
课时教学目标 1. Language knowledge语言知识目标:To understand the meaning and usage of these vocabularies and structures by listening and speaking practice.1) Key vocabulary: snake, thin, danger, interested, allow, wild, protect, grow, enough, dirty, peace, earth, raise.2) Key expressions: in danger, at last, be interested in, think of, take away, in peace, on earth, in order to, look after.2. Language skills语言技能目标:1) To learn some listening skills. 2) To learn the grammar knowledge of infinitive.3. Learning strategies学习策略:1) To learn about the language points by listening and speaking.2) To learn from each other during the co-operation.4. Culture awareness文化意识: To help students know the importance of protecting animals and our environment. 5. Emotional attitude情感态度: To improve their sense of duty to love and protect animals.

Step 1 Warming up and word-study Warming up
Let the students look at some pictures of animals and do the quiz. Look at the pictures and speak out the names of animals. 让学生快速进入话题,并对课文产生兴趣。

Teach students new words by putting the pictures and words in a page. Learn some new words by watching and reading the new words. 让学生在图片的辅助下学习新的单词。

Homework 1. Copy the new words and expressions in unit 1.2. Read aloud the conversation and recite the sentences about expressing opinions.. 通过布置两种作业,让不同层次的同学都能有所提高。
