Design ideas In this teaching period, I choose the part of how to make students’ compositions enrich and stronger.From comparing two compositions to let students realize the differences between two compositions and find out what the differences are by students themselves,to let them know there are some structures in the composition, the beginning, the middle and the end. And also know we should use some ways to to have the better compositions,such as exclamatory, double negative,using all kinds of clauses.And encourage students to use these ways to polish their compositions.

Step1 Lead in: Show a very simple and common composition to students and ask:What do you think of it Step2: Draw a picture of half a train and ask Is it strange Then teacher finish drawing the train saying just like the train, there is also a beginning, a bady and a ending in one composition. Students read the first composition and think about how it is. Where is good and where is just so so.Students will find there is no head and no tail of the train.To let students know the structures of a composition.Beginning, body and a ending.
Step3: PresentationShow another composition and ask student to compare them, find out the differences and the teacher which one is better and why. Read the good sentences. Students read the second composition freely and compare it with the first one, and then find the better ways to let them know we can use some ways to enrich our compositions, such as exclamatory sentences, double negative and all kinds of clauses.
Step 4: Ask students to use the ways of exclamatory sentences , double negative and clauses to polish their compositions again. Students use the ways of exclamatory sentences , double negative and clauses to polish their compositions again and know that when they write a composition ,they should have the beginning, the body and the ending in their compositions. They can make their compositions better and better just like the train.
