Step 1. Leading in
Show some pictures , learn the sentence:
What do you usually do on weekends
Do a game to learn the phrases.

Step 2 Presentation
Show some pictures ,then ask: Can you come to my party
Ask some students to answer.
Ask the students who can’t come to tell the reasons according to the pictures.

Work in groups , then practice the sentences

Students’ show time
Ask students to show their dialogues.
Step 3 Play a challenge game.
Play a challenge game , practice the sentences .
Praise the students who did well.
Step 4 Match and listening
Call attention to the words in activity 1a. Read together.
Say, Look at the pictures and ask students to tell what they see in each sence.
Match the words with the pictures and check the answers.
Say, Now listen to the recording. Write the name of each person next to his or her picture.
Play the recording. Ask students to complete the activity individually.
