Ⅱ. Presentation Show a calendar and ask : “ What’s today ” Lead Ss to study new words form the date: Today is 19th, What’s tomorrow/the day after tomorrow Then lead students to remember the new words. Ⅲ. Practice (pair work) According to the calendar to ask Ss about date. T: What’s today What’s yesterday What’s tomorrow Ss: It’s Wednesday the 19th. Then practice with partner. Ⅳ. Role-play My birthday is coming, I will have a birthday, I invited my friend Army to come, but she refused. Can you guess WHY Lead Ss to have a answer like: She has to__________. She must ___________. Then ask Ss to have an invitation. V. Listening Finish 1d.
