《英语课程标准》明确指出：英语教学应以学生为本，面向全体学生，不断激发学生的学习兴趣，采用活动途径，倡导体验和参与，注重语言实践，培养学生的语言运用能力，使学生初步形成有效的学习策略。本节课的整体设计思路是以《英语课程标准》的课程理念为指导，立足学情，充分考虑学生英语学习的现状，以学生的发展为根本，以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为目标，根据语言学习的规律和学生的发展需求，从语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面进行贴近学生生活的一系列以学生为中心的活动。旨在让学生能用英语做事情，能就本单元话题表达观点，并能在日常交际情境中听懂对话，能读懂常见文体的小短文（如影评），能合作起草和修改影评，还能通过不同的教育资源，从口头和书面材料中提取信息、扩展知识、解决简单的问题，以及能在学习中相互帮助，克服困难。本节课既重视培养学生的语言基础知识和基本技能，也注重优化学习过程，引导学生形成有效的学习策略和一定的文化意识，培养积极向上的情感态度和价值观。设计这一课时，根据学生的认知水平，在特定的情境中设计了不同层次的听说读写活动。通过创设真实的语言环境，为学生提供语言实践的机会，启发学生思维，让学生不断感知、体验语言，激活学生已有知识和兴趣，调动学生的积极性和主动性，使不同层次学生的语言综合运用能力都能有不同程度的进步。
教学背景分析
1.教学内容分析本课是八年级上册第五单元Section B 3a-4 Self check的复习课。话题与娱乐活动相关，围绕对电视节目、电影种类的偏好表达自己的看法并说明理由；再拓展到能读懂影评以及对自己感兴趣的影片写出影评，并能向他人介绍。通过课前Minions电影片段欣赏，课上用图片导入把学生带入“谈论电影、电视节目”的语境中，在课上设计了一系列以学生为中心的活动：如同伴问答发表观点，影评阅读（教师依据课前播放的电影进行的符合学生学生现有英语水平的文本创编），拓展提升活动 ——为自家影院影片作影评介绍（独立写影评、小组交流推荐、展示评选）等活动。本节课所预设的目的是在口语交际的同时，还要培养读写能力，在特定情景中语言的综合运用能力也要得以提升。2.学情分析所授课学生为八年级普通班学生，学生人数32人。学生英语水平不是很高，但对英语较有兴趣，其中20%的学生擅长英语，55%的学生处于中等水平，但口语交际水平需要提高，25%的学生在英语学习方面有困难。所以要设计适合不同层次学生参与的活动，使他们都有不同程度的提高。学生已有知识水平：本单元学习了有关电视节目、电影类型的词汇，描述性的形容词，以及不定式作宾语的一些初步用法，并能谈论对不同类型的电视节目或电影的看法与偏好，初步了解影评的写法。学生的学习困难：在真实的语境中运用目标语言发表观点并把它们灵活地运用于日常交际活动中，还需要基于大量的语言操练；写影评介绍也有一定难度，学生语言储备不足，教师要引导学生用简单的语言表达思想。3.教学方法与手段为了激发学生对英语的兴趣，培养学生的语言运用能力，主要运用了交际教学法，视听教学法，任务型教学法和情境教学法。运用了多媒体设备（包括PPT软件，视频和音频），实物投影展示台等手段提高学生的兴趣，辅助学生活动和教学活动。4.学习方法采用“观察——模仿——操练”法体验语言；运用“结对活动”和“小组活动”掌握与巩固语言；运用“合作交际法”提高兴趣。
教学目标分析
在本节课结束时,学生能够:1.借助多媒体资源，通过朗读、问答、书写等方式，复习巩固电视节目或电影种类的词汇以及发表观点、谈论感受的词汇：soap opera, comedy, sitcom, news, talent/ talk/ game/ sports show, action/ scary movie, cartoon; educational, enjoyable, famous, interesting, fantastic, relaxing, meaningless, boring, serious…., 并能把它们灵活地运用于日常交际活动中，用以询问及回答对于某种节目的喜爱程度并发表看法。此目标的设定依据《英语课程标准（2011）》中四级（八年级）目标中“明确自己的学习需要和目标，对英语学习表现出较强的自信心。能在所设日常交际情境中听懂对话和小故事……能从口头和书面材料中提取信息、扩展知识……”2. 通过师生会话、同伴交流、接龙问答等活动方式，使学生能联系生活实际，在真实的语境中巩固运用以下句型：A : What do you want to/ hope to/ expect to/ plan to watch B: I want to/ hope to/ expect to/ plan to watch... A: What do you think of … B: I love/ like/ don’t mind/ don’t like/ can’t stand…, they’re exciting/… . 此目标设定依据《英语课程标准》中四级目标中“……能在所设日常交际情境中听懂对话和小故事。能用简单的语言描述自己或他人的经历，能表达简单的观点……”3. 在教师示例、点拨后，能够归纳出写影评的四要素；能恰当地运用本单元目标词汇、句型，参照四要素独立创作出40词左右的简要影评；在分享、交流、展示活动中进一步修改完善影评，使写作能力和口语表达能力都能得以提升。此目标设定依据《英语课程标准》中四级目标中“……能读懂常见文体的小短文和相应水平的英文报刊文章。能合作起草和修改简短的叙述、说明、指令、规则等。能尝试使用不同的教育资源，从口头和书面材料中提取信息、扩展知识、解决简单的问题并描述结果。能在学习中相互帮助，克服困难……”4. 通过师生推荐介绍影片，适时引导学生观看有教育意义的、励志的节目或影片。（德育渗透）
教学重点、难点分析
教学重点：1.在情境中进一步巩固与提升如何对于电影或电视节目的偏好发表自己的观点，同伴间能互相交流。2.能够简明地对影片进行介绍并写出影评，能够与同伴交流分享并发表评论。突破措施：通过创设真实的语境，在丰富的文本、图片、声音等媒介中让学生充分感知语言，通过生生互动接龙问答，交流分享与展示等大量的贴近学生生活实际的语言操练引导学生输出语言。教学难点:恰当地表达对影片的观点并能用目标语言写出40字左右的影评。突破措施：通过范文示例，创作、分享交流、展示等活动让学生充分体验与实践，进而在小组活动中分解转化难点。

教学评价设计
