教材分析 例如对教材地位,教材内容和要求、教学重、难、疑点的分析等人教版教材七年级下册Unit 10围绕着“食物food”这一话题展开,本节课题是本单元的第四课时,要求学生在掌握了Section A有关食物名称、份量、点餐的英文表达的基础上,通过阅读一篇介绍中西方人们庆祝生日时不同的饮食文化的文章了解食物与文化之间的关系,开阔学生的视野,渗透文化意识的培养。本节阅读课的重点是通过阅读短文了解中西方的饮食文化;教学的难点是对比性思维的培养,以及在教学中渗透中西方文化比较和跨文化理解和实现感恩父母的情感教学。
学生分析 例如对学生学习能力、学习习惯和方法以及知识储备情况等的分析知识储备:本课的学习主体为七年级学生,有一定的语言储备,并具备了简单的英语口语交际能力,他们好奇心强,乐于表达,有较强的模仿能力和求知欲,经过Section A的学习,他们已掌握了一些食物的英文表达,具备基本的谈论食物喜好的能力。但是对饮食文化这个话题了解得较少。学习能力:有一定的英语学习能力与英语口头表达能力。学习习惯、方法:学生有一定的小组合作能力,口语与听力也有一定的基础。主要采取学生对子学习,小组学习,老师引导学生学习的方法。
教学目标 包括英语学科核心素养:语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力语言能力:理解并掌握课本四会单词world, answer, different, cake, candle, age, blow, if, will, the UK, candy, lucky, popular, idea和词组around the world, make a wish, blow out, get popular, cut up, bring good luck to; 理解并运用以下句型描述礼物和表达祝福:I want to give... to ....because...;It is a symbol of...; I wish you...文化品格:了解中西饮食文化的差异,发现食物所传递的意义和价值;思维品质:通过阅读中西方的生日饮食文化文本,锻炼学生识记、理解、领会的思维能力;通过观看关于节日与食物的视频增进对中西方节日饮食文化的认识,从而开阔眼界,锻炼发散性思维;通过比较、归纳中西方不同节日食物的意义,提高对比思维能力;通过“舌尖上的温情”这一课堂活动,学生间相互介绍能代表自己祝福的食物,以此提高学生创新思维的灵活性和独创性。学习能力:培养积极主动的学习态度,提高积极参与课堂活动与小组活动的意识。
