教材分析 本模块的教学内容是介绍旅行经历,包括景区的风景和自己旅游时的心情,通过旅行经历,帮助学生进一步巩固一般过去时态的运用。其中第一单元的教学任务是了解玲玲去了哪里旅行以及对海南的简单介绍;第二单元是在第一单元的基础上更加详细地描述玲玲的旅行经历。
模块教学目标 一、知识目标 1. 熟练掌握本模块的重点单词、短语:moon, get, west, parent, stay, July, south, remember, June, east, best, rest, have a rest, ride, rode 2. 掌握本模块的句型: This is... It’s in the west / south / north / south of China. I went there last year. / She rode a horse. / She climbed the Tianshan Mountains. Did you go with your parents Yes, I did.二、能力目标 掌握一般过去时态的句型结构,学习描述自己的旅游经历。三、情感目标 培养学生热爱祖国山河的爱国情感。
教学重点及难点 教学重点: 1. 掌握本模块重点单词和句型。 2. 掌握一般过去时态的用法。教学难点: 灵活运用本模块重点单词和句型描述人物的旅游经历,培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

教学策略 活化教学内容,创设生活化的语言情景,让学生在尽量真实的语境中去理解语言、运用语言,最后达到习得语言的目的。

Unit 1:第一课时
教材分析 本单元的课文情景是Lingling给Amy和Ms Smart展示自己去年和父母一起去新疆旅行的照片,还展示了叔叔一家在海南的照片。Lingling的叔叔和他的三个孩子住在海南,他们每年都来北京。Ms Smart想起六月份在北京见过他们,而且还记得他们是黎族人。
课时教学目标 一、知识目标 1. 掌握本课单词:moon, get, west, parent, stay, July, south, remember, June2. 掌握句型:This is... It’s in the west / south / north / south of China. I went there last year. Did you go with your parents Yes, I did.二、能力目标 能运用本课所学语言谈论自己的旅行经历。三、情感目标增强学生的祖国意识,培养他们乐于说英语的兴趣和敢于表达的勇气。

Where did you go last year S1: I went to Dalian.S2: I went to ... ....T: What about our friend John Where did he go Let’s watch. The students watch Activity 1, and then answer the questions: 1) Where did he go 2) How did he get there (Learn: get, moon)2. 任务呈现:Write about your travel.T: Our friend Lingling had a travel too. First, let’s see where she went. After that, you can talk about your own travel. 导入本课课题。
Step 3: Presentation(about 20 minutes) 观看主课文视频,回答问题。1) Where did Lingling go Ss: She went to Xinjiang.T: Where is Xinjiang T: Look here. There are some pictures about Xinjiang.Picture 1: They can dance very well. They are very beautiful. Picture 2: The cantaloupes of Xinjiang are very nice, They are very sweet. Picture 3: The grapes of Xinjiang are delicious too. Picture 4: There is so much delicious food. Do you like them This is Xinjiang. It’s in the west of China. (Learn: west)再次观看课文动画,回答问题。1) When did Lingling go to Xinjiang In July.2) Did she go with her parents Yes, she did. (Learn: July, parents)3. 学生自读课文第三段,判断正(T)误(F)。1) Lingling’s uncle lives with two children in Hainan. ( ) 2) Lingling’s cousins visit Xinjiang every year. ( ) 3) Ms Smart met them in June. ( ) 4) They’re Li people. ( ) (Learn: June, Li people)Show some pictures of Li people to the students.4. 听并跟读课文。 (Learn: south, remember)5. 分角色朗读。Let the students pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation. 让学生观看第一遍视频,对文章有一个大致的了解,知道Lingling去哪里旅游了,地点在中国的哪个方向。通过介绍新疆的特色,让学生更加热爱自己的国家。让学生带着问题去观看课文第二段,小组合作完成,培养学生自主合作的精神。让学生自己阅读课文第三段,培养孩子们独立思考的能力,通过这几个问题,学生基本能掌握这一段的内容。通过讲黎族人、回族人,让孩子了解了不同的民族有不同的风俗,要尊重少数民族风俗习惯。
Step 4: Practice and Consolidation(about 11 minutes) 看图片,说一说。(Activity 4)小组合作完成调查表。 通过练习Activity 4,让孩子们巩固所学的重点句型;通过小组合作做调查既培养了学生的合作能力,又实现了语用的教学目标。
