1. 教材分析
本教材为人民教育出版社五年级上册英语第四单元Unit4 What can you do? B Read and write。教材的编写符合语言的学习规律,从知识的复现到语言知识运用能力的提高。第一单元学习介绍个人个性特点,第四单元学习介绍个人能力。内容以Robin的电子邮件的形式介绍,能够表达自己日常所从事的活动,在此基础上,完成本篇阅读理解,回答相关问题,进一步提升至写作,谈论自己的日常生活 。
学生们在前三个单元已经认识和了解了一些关于Robin的外貌和能力,在本单元又学会了很多I can和I can’t的句子,同时孩子们能用英语表达自己的外貌、性格和能力。学生在老师的引导和启发下,能够开拓思路,能结合自身实际和所学知识,完成个性化写作。
二.学情分析
这节课的授课对象是五年级学生,他们已经有了一定的词汇量和语言表达能力,本节课的内容是第四单元的第六个课时,学生已经掌握了can这一情态动词的用法等,为本课时的学习打下了基础。大部分学生已经具备一些听、说、读、写的基本技能,能够初步运用四项语言技能获取和传递所需信息。另外,本课时涉及到邮箱的认识和电子邮件的写作,因此,需要学生开拓思维,利用所学完成邮件写作。
三.教学目标
(一)语言能力
1. 能读懂“Read and write”部分的阅读任务和写作任务,复习本单元的主要句型。
2. 能听、说、认、读单词 “send”, “email”和“at”,会认读邮箱地址robin@。
(二)学习能力
1. 在情境中正确运用词汇和句型谈论自己会做和不会做的事情。
2.培养学生理解和使用思维导图去归类总结的能力。
(三)思维品质
培养学生综合运用英语的能力,保持学生高昂的学习热情和培养学生积极交流与合作的精神。
(四)文化意识
拓展不同的交友方式,通过思想渗透,让学生认识到网络交友需谨慎的道理。
四.教学重点
1. 能读懂“Read and write”部分的阅读任务和写作任务,复习本单元的主要句型。
2. 了解email的格式和写作方法。
3. 学会使用思维导图去归类和表达。
五.教学难点
能灵活介绍自己会做哪些事情,知道email格式,学会写邮件。
