She worked in the fields.本课时包括Look, listen and say.为大家呈现了Amy和Tom根据所给的两张图片展开了对话,我们要使用本课时的重要句型“主语+didn’t+动词原形+宾语+其他”的句型,我们使用所学的词汇和句型描述“某人没有某物的句型结构”,从而做到学以致用。我们可以在黑板上贴出Activity 1的教学挂图,请同学们仔细观察图片。然后我们教师发问“两幅图片中分别有哪些小动物呢?他们之间有什么关系呢 ”
学情分析
五年级的学生对英语知识有了一定的基础,过去时态也接触过,也有一定的自主学习能力,因此学习过去时态时没有太大的难度,关键是动词的过去式的书写和运用一般过去时进行交流做事的能力。老师要尽可能多地联系实际生活,创造贴近生活的语言环境,创造快乐的课堂氛围,让学生在真实的语境中更好地理解课文和运用所学语言。

语言知识目标:新单词night,work,field,fire,radio,telephone,couldn’t=could not, write。 新句型She didn’t have a television.的教学。 语言技能目标:(1)培养学生听、说、读、写、做的能力。 (2)谈论人们过去和现在的生活。 文化意识:在学习和日常生活中,能进一步注意到中外文化的异同。 情感目标:使学生体验学习、参与、合作、竞争的乐趣。
重点 新单词和新句型的教学与运用。 难点 一般过去时的运用。

What makes them look so different Now, let’s listen to the tape and find out. 青蛙和蝌蚪在外形上有什么不同?请听录音找出答案吧。 3.Let’s read after the video. 播放动画,学生跟读。 【设计意图】学生发言,通过这样的师生交流,教师可以帮助学生回顾相关的语言知识,例如:一般过去时的用法、常用词汇等,为后面的教学作铺垫。
Step 2 Lead in 建议用时:5min T: In the winter holiday, you had a lot of changes. Now you are older and cleverer .I am very glad to see your changes. Everything is changing. No change, no progresses.教师边说边把新单词“change”板书到黑板上,出示课题。
Step3.Presentation 建议用时:17min 1.Words Learning! 老师放映课件,用中文询问同学看到了什么?同学们会看到课件上呈现的图画。 教师拿出单词卡片,进入重点新词汇学习环节,向同学展示图片,结合PPT上放映的内容,带领同学学习一些新单词,如night,work,field,fire,radio,telephone,couldn’t=could not, write等然后有例句呈现。 每张单词页后都附有一页单词解析,教室结合图片道具和动作向同学解释例句,帮助同学记忆。 2. Sentences Learning! 1)老师放映课件,PPT会展示本课重点句型: We lived in a small house.我们曾住在一间小房子里。 2)然后老师引导同学将具体情况带入句型,举一反三,学会使用此类句型。 We live in a big house. We didn’t have enough food then. We’ve got lots of food now. 3)老师放映课件,PPT会展示本课重点句型: There weren’t many buses. 4)出示重点句型关联句子,通过对比讲解,引导学生学会使用本句型。 5)具体讲解there be句型。 There is/isn't … There was/ wasn't … 最后讲解Look,listen and say.课文内容。 3. Conversation Part! 1)播放look, listen and say 栏目的视频,然后让学生根据视频内容回答问题: 1. How many cats are there on the chair now. 2. How many cats were there on the chair then? 2)教师立足于课本,引导学生学习对话。 Amy: Look! There are two beautiful cats on the chair. Lingling: There is only one now. Amy: No, there are two. ... 3)教师向同学解释对话内容,并让学生反复听读,学习模仿。
Step 4. Practice 建议用时:13min 教师给出两张图片,将学生分为两两一组进行表演,看哪组表演得既准确又生动?表演优秀的教师要给予小红花的奖励。请根据所给图片来谈谈他们的变化,参照Activity 1. Lingling:Look! He has got strong legs. He can jump high and far. Sam:But he didn’t have any legs then.

学情分析
本课的教学对象是五年级学生,他们的英语知识已经有了一定的积累,英语听说读写方面的能力有了一定的基础,具备了一定的阅读能力和初步运用英语做事的能力。而且学生在合作学习以及在真实的任务中运用所学语言进行交际的能力等方面都较低年级时有了很大提升。在教授新语言点时,尽可能多地为他们创造生活化的语言环境,让学生在实际生活的语境中,更好地理解课文,同时采取小组合作学习的方式加强生生合作与互动,鼓励学生在真实的情景中运用所学语言,让学生在大胆实践和积极参与的过程中,培养其积极的情感态度和自主学习能力。
