教材分析
本课时是外研版三起点五年级上册第六模块第一单元第二课时。围绕“I went there last year.”这一话题展开,主要通过对话学习词汇moon, get, July, June, south, north, west, east, stay。及句型When did you go to… We went there …. Did you go with … Yes, I did. / No, I didn’t.的表达。本课时包括Listen, read and act out.,Listen and say.和Practise.三个板块。Listen, read and act out.为大家呈现了玲玲喜欢旅行,拍了很多有趣的照片,她在向斯玛特女士和埃米展示照片,并向她们介绍她和家人在中国的故事;Listen and say.为大家呈现了两幅图片,根据图片来用英语描述该图片。该部分也贴近学生的实际生活,然后结合practise一起,更能激发学生学习英语的兴趣。Practise.是Listen and say的复制版,根据Listen and say来进行用一般过去时态描述某人过去去过某地的句型结构。
学情分析
基于话题建构语言,围绕Travel话题,启发学生提出问题,Where…… When…… Who…… 进行语篇教学,构建思维导图,解决问题;基于目标设计活动,让学生从感知理解语言到模仿操练语言,再到尝试运用语言,体现了语言学习的基本规律;基于体验激活思维,进行情感教育,爱祖国,爱生活。他们对过去时态的学习已有了一定的基础,能够正确地运用“When did you go there ”“ What did you go … ”等句型来进行问答交流。因此,在本课教学中,教师应在此基础上引出话题travel,通过创设情景,进一步引导学生巩固和拓展对过去式的表达及运用。

Did you go with … Yes, I did. / No, I didn’t. 语言技能目标:(1)巩固和复习上一课时学习过的单词。 (2)复习句型“主语+went (to)+某地(+过去的时间).”“—Did +主语+go with+某人?—Yes,主语+did./No,主语+didn’t.”。 (3)能够积极地谈论自己或他人的旅行经历。 文化意识:在学习和日常生活中,了解英语国家的标志物。 情感目标:(1)让学生体验学习、合作和交际的乐趣。 (2)对学生进行亲情教育,加深情感体验。

Step2 Presentation 建议用时:17min 1.Activity 2 ·教材意图 本部分通过玲玲、埃米以及斯玛特女士之间的对话,让学生掌握单词parent、west、stay、July、south、remember、June以及句型“主语+went (to)+某地(+过去的时间).”“—Did+主语+go with+某人?—Yes,主语+did./No,主语+didn’t.”“某地+is in the +方位词+of ...”。 ·教学建议 (1)教师引出话题:玲玲正在和埃米以及斯玛特女士谈论自己一家在新疆旅行时的照片,我们一起看看她们说了些什么吧! (2)教师让学生观察活动2的图片,初步感知课文情景。 (3)教师播放活动2的录音,让学生仔细听录音,在听的过程中标注出自己不认识的单词,并思考以下问题: ①Where did Lingling go last year?②Who did Lingling go with?③Where is Xinjiang (4)老师请一名学生回答第一个问题:Where did Lingling go last year?教师和其他学生核对答案是否正确,若不正确,教师再邀请其他同学回答,直到说出正确答案。然后教师总结并板书句型“主语+went (to)+某地(+过去的时间).”并讲解其用法。教师提醒学生注意:当went后面跟地点副词(there、here、home等)时,介词to可以省略。教师让学生与同桌运用新学句型进行对话练习。 示例: S1:Where did you go last week S2:I went to the zoo.Where did you go last week S1:I went ... (5)教师请一名学生回答第二个问题:Who did Lingling go with?若该名同学的答案不正确,教师则请其他的同学回答问题,直到说出正确的答案(her parents)为止。教师向同学们展示自己父母的照片,然后板书单词parent,教读并讲解其用法。 (6)教师用多媒体展示重要句子:—Did you go with your parents —Yes, I did. 引导学生总结出句型结构“—Did you go with+某人?—Yes,I did./No,I didn’t.”随后教师讲解其用法。 (7)教师参照步骤(4)和步骤(5)邀请学生回答第三个问题:Where is Xinjiang?然后拿出一张中国地图,并让一名同学在地图上找出新疆的位置,然后教师板书单词west,教读并讲解其用法。教师板书句型“某地+is in the +方位词+of ...”讲解其用法,并给出示范句“Xinjiang is in the west of china.”。然后教师就该句型与学生展开对话。 示例: T:Where is Qinghai S1:It’s in the west of China. (8)教师带领学生翻译课文,并在过程中讲解对话中出现的三会单词stay、July、south、remember、June。 (9)教师让学生合上课本,将下面的句子抄写在作业本上,并将空白处补充完整。 Lingling’s ________ lives in Hainan with his three children. Lingling’s cousins ________ Beijing in June every year.They are Li people. (10)教师公布答案,学生自行核对。然后教师向学生简单介绍一下黎族(地理位置、民族服饰 ...) (11)教师再次播放录音,学生认真听,并注意模仿其语音、语调。 (12)教师将学生分成三人一组。小组成员分角色朗读对话。 2.Activity 3 ·教材意图 本活动摘选了上一课时活动2中的重要句子,帮助学生复习谈论自己或他人的旅行经历的句型。 ·教学建议 (1)教师播放活动3的音频,让学生认真听,熟悉文本内容。 (2)教师用课件展示活动3中玲玲一家人的照片,并与学生展开问答对话。 示例: T: How many people are there in the photo Ss: Three. T: Who are they Ss: They are Lingling’s parents and her. T: Where are they Ss: They are in Xinjiang. T: Where is Xinjiang Ss: It’s in the west of China. (3)教师邀请两名学生分角色表演对话。 (4)教师再次播放录音,让学生模仿录音的语音、语调跟读。 3.Activity 4 ·教材意图 本部分通过看图写句子的方式,让学生能够灵活地运用本单元所学的句型描述自己或他人的旅行经历。 ·教学建议 (1)教师用课件展示活动4中的第一幅图片,并与学生展开对话。 示例: T:Where did the girl go Ss:Qingdao. T:Where is Qingdao Ss:It’s in the east of China. T:What did the girl do there Ss:She visited her friend. (2)教师让学生与同桌一组,根据第二幅、第三幅图片的提示,进行问答练习,然后参照第一幅图的例句写出其活动内容。 (3)教师邀请学生分享自己所写的句子,教师进行评价。
Step 3 Practice 建议用时:13min 1.“指指说说”游戏 (1)教师准备好中国地图。 (2)教师呈现单词east、west、north、south,带领学生朗读两遍,并向学生讲解east、north的词义。 (3)每列学生为一组,每一列的第一名学生向第二名学生提问:Where is the ...?第二名同学则在地图上指出这个地方并回答:It’s in the ... of China.然后第二名同学再向第三名同学提问,以此类推,直到每一列的最后一位同学回答完问题为止。看看哪一个小组的同学表述正确、流利。 示例: S1:Where is Hainan S2:It’s in the south of China.Where is Xinjiang S3:It’s in the west of China.Where is ... ... 2.翻译比赛 (1)教师将全班学生分成四个小组,然后通过课件展示本单元的一些重点语句的中文意思。小组讨论,将其翻译成英文。然后每组推选出一名学生作为代表到讲台上参加比赛。 (2)教师任意指向一个中文句子。最先举手的学生将其翻译成英文。翻译正确得一分,翻译有误则减一分。最后依据分数的高低评选出优胜小组,教师给予奖励。
Step4 Summary 建议用时:2min 表达方位的句型 句型:地区/It + is + in the east/west/north/south of +地名. Hainan is in the south of China. The shop is in the west of the town. 介词in表示一个地方在另一个地方的内部。

学情分析
本课的教学对象是五年级学生。四年级他们对过去时态的学习已有了一定的基础,能够正确地运用“Where did you go ”“Did you go to … ”等句型来进行问答交流。但是,真正能开口把自己的经历大胆表达出来的孩子并不多,他们的问答仅仅局限于课本中刚学的几个句子,不能把以前学过的知识整合运用。因此,在本课教学中,我的重要任务就是通过设计贴近现实情境的连环性的活动,让学生充分联系已学知识 ,把潜藏在大脑中的词、句挖掘出来,与现有的新句型相联系,从而生成新的知识储存,并用流利的语言表达出来。
