We mainly talk about the topic school subjects in this unit . In Section A we have many teaching activities about asking someone’s preferences and giving reasons. Students learn to use the target language What’s your favorite subject My favorite subject is science. Why do you like it Because it’s interesting. The topic is very close to students’ school life , so they are willing to open their mouth in this unit and in Section B Teacher should give students more opportunities of speaking English in class.
