教材分析
本课时是外研版三起点六年级下册第二模块第二单元第一课时。本课时包括Listen and chant.和Look and say.两个板块。主要为大家讲解、复习表示天气的单词,要求学生会用英语来描述某地未来的天气情况。并通过一系列的课堂活动,创造语境,让学生把单词运用于句子中,学会用It will结构描述未来天气,并根据不同天气安排不同活动。本课时贴近学生生活,能够很好的激发学生的兴趣。
学情分析
本课教学对象是六年级的学生,用一般将来时的It will结构来表达未来的天气,所以我把这节课的重点放在了用It will 结构来表达未来的天气的句型上。六年级学生具备一定的英语基础,而对于单词也已经有了掌握,能够读和书写。
教学目标及教学重点、难点
语言知识目标:新单词snow, rain, sunny, hot,cold, warm, windy 新句型It will…/will be… 语言技能目标: (1)能够运用一般将来时的另一种表达法“will+动词原形”,介绍未来的天气情况。 (2)掌握天气符号及其英语表达法,并通过天气符号了解天气状况。 (3)能够运用所学目标语言进行交流。 文化意识:在日常生活中,会使用用英语描述天气 情感目标:乐于并积极使用英语表达。
重点 能够熟练运用will的用法。 难点 会用will句型来介绍天气。

Step3 Presentation 建议用时:20min 1.Words Learning! 老师放映课件,用中文询问同学看到了什么?同学们会看到课件上呈现的图画。 教师拿出单词卡片,进入重点新词汇学习环节,向同学展示图片,结合PPT上放映的内容,带领同学学习一些新单词,如snow, rain, sunny, hot,cold, warm, windy等然后有例句呈现。 每张单词页后都附有一页单词解析,教室结合图片道具和动作向同学解释例句,帮助同学记忆。 2.教师在大屏幕上呈现表现天气的单词sunny, cloudy, snow, rain, windy, hot, warm, cold,让学生画出代表相应天气情况的符号。可以找一些学生到黑板上去画,然后让其他同学点评画的是否标准。 3.教师在大屏幕上呈现出Activity 1的图片,并根据地图上所标的天气符号,对各地的天气进行介绍。 It will be sunny in Harbin. Can you guess what the weather will be like in Beijing 教师组织学生观察图片、合作并创编对话。该部分可以采用让学生抢答的方式,并对表现好的给予奖励。这种奖励的形式不仅调动了学生的积极性,也充分挖掘学生的知识储备和反应速度,提高注意力,还培养了学生口、眼的协调性。 1. Then chant. &6.Do and say.四个板块。Listen and read.主要为大家讲述了女主持人正在播报天气预报;Ask and answer.我们是通过问答的形式来询问某人在哪里?通过让学生观察地图上的城市和表示天气的图标等,我们可以了解到全国各城市的天气情况等;Listen and say. Then chant.该部分是通过看图听歌谣或看动画的形式来感受整首歌谣的韵律,然后逐句来唱的;Do and say.该部分主要是通过观看当地周末的天气预报并根据此仿照课本来制作自己的周末计划卡。注意be going to的使用。
学情分析
六年级学生对英语学习保持较好的兴趣,基础知识掌握较牢固,大部分学生已具备自主学习,小组合作探究能力,能从已有的知识和经验出发, 获取新知识,也学习了一些听力,阅读和知识归纳的方法,这一课时,我们着重帮助学生树立正确的学习态度,把握有效的学习方法和学习策略,培养他们良好的学习习惯,发挥自主学习的能力和合作精神,使学生掌握一定的语言综合运用能力,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,培养学生跨文化交际意识。

Step 1 Greeting 建议用时:2min Step 1 Warm up 1.教师播放本课时Activity 1 Listen and chant.部分的录音,学生跟着录音机唱歌谣。然后齐读,男女声读,分小组读。 2小组表演第二单元所学过的对话 【设计意图】复习上节所学内容,为学习新知做好铺垫。
Step 2 Lead in 3’ 建议用时:3min Step 2 Lead in 1.Greetings. 2.Chant.教师播放本课时Activity 4 Listen and say. Then chant.部分的录音,学生跟着录音机读歌谣。然后齐读,男女声读,分小组读。 3.Play a game. 教师准备一张标有各个城市名称的地图和代表天气符号的卡片。然后教师念句子,如:It will be sunny in Beijing. It will rain in Hainan.找几组学生按照教师的提示把卡片贴在相应的城市旁边。贴全对的为获胜者,教师给予口头表扬。
