本模块继续学习用过去时讲述过去发生的事情,本单元是第三模块的第一单元第二课时,主要呈现本模块所要学习的主要内容,本课时学习Unit 1 Activities 3、4 本课主要围绕着“Where did you go?” “What did you do?”这两个句子进行对话练习,同时对本单元的单词进行复习巩固。课文通过电话对话,大明询问Amy,Sam and Lingling 在英国周末的活动,本单元主要学习一般过去时态,要求学生学会用动词的过去式:visit-visited, go- went ,send- sent, take-took ,说明过去发生的事情。并在小组内学会问答:What did you do at the weekend We visited lots of places. Where did you go We went to the British Museum.等相关句子。
本课时包括Listen and say.和Practise.两个板块。Listen and say.呈现了Amy和Daming过去的活动和安排,体现了一般过去时态的意义,也因为贴近学生的实际生活,然后结合practise一起,更能激发学生学习英语的兴趣。Practise.板块是一个综合性的语用活动。学生可以通过这个活动将前3部分所学的词汇和句型描述自己的活动,做到学以致用。

课时分析
本模块的话题依旧是旅行,其内容包括:询问并回答某人去了哪里和表达“某人为……拍了照”。这与学生的日常生活息息相关,尤其在旅行归来后使用频率较高。学生学习英语的最终目的是能在生活中灵活运用英语。因此,教师应该充分地利用英语课堂,为学生创设日常生活情景,引导并鼓励学生积极开口说英语。教师可以多设置场景,让学生进行角色扮演,多做口语交际练习。同时,教师应在教学实践中运用目标教学法和多种活动相结合的方法,设计与教学有关的游戏,调动学生的积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣。
本课是第三模块第一单元的第1课时。本课时学习Unit 1 Activities 1—2。本课通过一首歌谣,以及大明询问埃米周末活动的情景引出知识点的学习。本课时继续对一般过去时态进行学习,要求学生学会运用句型“Where did+主语+go(+其他)”询问某人去了哪里并作答。
本课时包括Listen and chant.和Listen, read and act out.两个板块。Listen and chant.呈现了本单元所学的重要句型,该部分起到了一个导入的作用。Listen, read and act out.板块为大家讲述了Amy旅行的活动安排,根据对话内容实际情况,做到学以致用。在课堂教学中,学生通常喜欢内容生动、形式活泼的语言课堂。因此,教师在教学实践中要营造良好的语言环境,设计适合儿童心理和生理特征的丰富有趣的课堂活动。教师要引导学生积极参与英语课堂活动,让学生在课堂上保持积极的学习态度,养成良好的学习习惯。同时,教师还可以自编或查找一些相关知识点的口诀,将其运用到教学中。这样可以丰富教学内容,增添教学乐趣,使学生在朗朗上口的口诀中熟记知识点。

通过大明和埃米的对话学习单词place、how、took、river、hour、minute、weekend、British、museum、best、trip、along、twenty及句型“Where did+主语+go(+其他)?”“主语+went (to)+地点”。
·教学建议
(1)教师通过课件展示大明和埃米打电话的情景图,让学生猜测对话内容,引出课文学习。
(2)教师让学生自由阅读课文,同桌可以互相解疑答难,让学生初步感知课文内容。
(3)教师带领学生圈出课文中动词的过去式,然后在课件上呈现动词原形及其过去式:do—did,go—went,visit—visited,take—took,like—liked,have—had。让学生感知和理解它们的意思及变化。
(4)教师带领学生一起阅读课文内容,然后在黑板上板书出四会单词place、how、took、river、hour、minute及三会单词weekend、British、museum、best、trip、along、twenty。教师引导学生认识新单词。

教师带领学生在活动2中圈出句子“Where did you go?”“What did you do at the weekend?”“How did you go to these places?”“It took us one hour and twenty minutes”。教师板书“Where did you go?”并进行讲解,引导学生对句子进行理解(教师要重点讲解此句,其余三个句子作拓展了解)。最后教师带领学生总结出其句型结构“Where did+主语+go(+其他)?”及其答语。
(6)教师播放录音,让学生跟读一遍课文,全面把握刚刚新学的词汇与句型。
(7)教师提出如下问题,让学生思考。

(8)教师讲解课文内容,让全班学生理解,并邀请学生回答上述三个问题。

(11)教师小结,总结课文大意,并带着学生再朗读一遍新学词汇。

1.“火眼金睛”游戏
教师将学生分为四人一组。教师给学生两分钟的时间,小组成员快速找出课文中出现的时态为一般过去时的特殊疑问句,并总结在一起。然后每组派一名学生上台朗读找出的句子,看看哪个小组找得又快又正确。
2.描述上周末的活动
教师给学生3分钟时间,同桌互相用句型Where did you go yesterday How did you go there What did you do I went to...I went there by...I bought/did...问答和描述自己昨天的活动地点、搭乘的交通工具及做过的事情。最后教师邀请几组学生上台进行对话表演。
