believe与believe in都有“相信不疑”的意思，但词意有细微的区别。believe意为“相信”，它是及物动词，后直接跟宾语。believe in信任；信赖，in为介词，后接名词、代词或动名词。
believe in 表示信任某人，相信某人的价值，也可指信仰，信奉(真理、宗教)等。后接名词，代词作宾语。
believe 表示相信某人所说的话，与这个人的品质无关。后接名词、代词或从句。
