Recycle (再利用)，reduce and reuse are three golden rules of environmental protection. Today we'd like to talk about the fourth rule—repair.
In the old days，when something broke，people sent them to repairmen. Nowadays，however，the idea of repair has been out of date. People neither repair things themselves nor take them to repair shops，because the price of a new one is not much higher than that of repairing the old one.
Yet，repairing things can be a great way to save money and reduce waste of water，energy，etc. Here's how to deal with it.
