There may be too much sadness in our life. We might be very sad because of the terrible environment, bad weather, big disasters and so on. If we can't face it positively, it will affect our emotional and physical health.
Everyone can't be happy all the time. But it is useless to be sad! When we have some sadness, we'd better talk to our teachers or our classmates. We shouldn't be alone every day. After school, we should play with our friends. Why not listen to soft music or take part in activities We may feel much better. We can also talk to our parents and deal with sadness together.
